A Graffiti player since the late 90s, the insect or 1Seckte has developed his aesthetic through travel and encounters.

After several years working with lettering, the initial basis of graffiti, he turned to illustration to bring a new force to the messages he wanted to convey.

On walls, but also on wood, his preferred medium, he creates highly colored strata to the rhythm of the laths, cutting and fragmenting them with a detailed finesse of line.

Graffiti is always present in his work, with the letters and raw effect adding a quirky street edge. The name L'Insecte is also a reference to nature.

Moi vouloir être chat is his latest series, in which everyone is different. Because of its breed, its attitude, its temperament. But together they form a whole. A family . An ecosystem?
